Signed Patek Philippe, Genève, ref. 3718, manufactured in 1980's.

Cal. 215 mechanical movement stamped with the Geneva seal, 18 jewels, ivory-white dial, applied white gold baton numerals, subsidiary seconds, circular case, snap on back with gilt cartouche engraved Patek Philippe 1839-1989 and Calatrava cross in high relief, stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed 33 mm. diam.

With original Patek Philippe paper.
