Patek Philippe Ref.3445
18k white gold, 1967
35mm Diameter
Calibre: Automatic, 27-460M
Reference 3445 was the first simple calendar wristwatch manufactured by Patek Philippe. In production for 20 years from 1961 to 1981 the reference was made in either yellow, pink, white gold and in platinum and was fitted with the automatic calibre, 27-460M. Manufactured in 1967 and sold the same year, the present reference 3445 in white gold with Breguet numerals proves something of a mystery. Until today, there is no record of a reference 3445 fitted with the highly charismatic Breguet dial which completely changes the look of this celebrated reference. Offered in very appealing original condition, the present wristwatch combines looks, exclusivity and wearability for the connoisseur of fine vintage watches.
