Patek Philippe 18k Gold and Enamel Hunter Case Pocket Watch, made in 1903, 28mm diam. Enamel dial, Breguet Numerals. Patent no.2680. Movement signed by Patek Philippe and famous Boston dealer Shreve, Crump & Low Co. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives.

With vermicelle engraving to the bezel and back, the present pocket watch is masterfully decorated with two enamel scenes to the case front and back. One side is a deep navy blue enamel with angels and an owl to depict nighttime, to the other side is a light pink enamel with angels and flowers to depict daytime.

To the best of our knowledge, there're at least 2 very similar watches with same painting at Patek Philippe museum in Geneva, in which one watch was in Huber & Banbery 's book Patek Philippe pocket watches page 118 (printed in 1982).
