Cal 10-200 manual winding movement, mono-metallic compensation balance, micrometer regulator. Circular case, stepped bezel, fluted lugs, snap back. Diameter 32mm. Case, dial and movement signed, Patek Philippe buckle. Serviced by Patek in 2017. Ref. 2484 was produced from 1950 until approximately 1964. Only a dozen examples in platinum from this series have appeared at market.
