Two-body case, 'Empire', spring-loaded back with finely painted enamel flower bouquet on a dove grey ground, the bezel decorated with leaves and flowers in azure, dark blue, and red champlevé enamel, the bezels, pendant and bow set with half pearls, spring-loaded glazed gold cuvette. White enamel dial, Roman chapters, outer minute ring, sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued-steel 'spade' hands. Movement 47 mm, blued-steel plate, mirror-polished bridges, 7 jewels, free-standing blued-steel barrel, ruby duplex escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, flat blued-steel balance spring.
